Channel content platform · EU-hosted
Your partners have capacity for one feed. Put your content in it.
IT resellers, MSPs, system integrators and distributors work with five to twenty vendors. Your rebate deadlines, MDF, price-list news, seminar invitations and certification updates compete with all of them for one inbox. DrumBeat is the single place partners check every day — and your company publishes straight into it.
The problem
Vendor content fails in four predictable ways.
None of them is a content-quality problem. They are distribution problems — and no single vendor can solve them alone, because the partner's attention is split across every vendor at once.
Split attention
A partner carrying a dozen vendors gets a dozen newsletters. Each vendor assumes it has the partner's full attention. None does.
No shared shelf
Price lists, promos and documents live in a dozen portals with a dozen logins. The one a partner needs is always in the other tab.
Deadlines missed
Time-sensitive rebates expire unread. The margin was there; nobody saw it in time.
No measurement
You can count sends and opens inside your own channel, and learn nothing about whether the partner acted.
How it works
Connect a feed or compose. Your partners see it the same day — and can act on it.
No integration project. Your team needs a work email and ten minutes. If you already publish an RSS or JSON feed, DrumBeat reads it and only writes to you when something breaks.
Connect or compose
Paste your partner-news feed URL, or write an item in the composer: type, title, summary, source link, and the dates that matter — valid from, valid until, deadline. Or paste what you already have — DrumBeat reads it, formats it to your corporate identity, and holds it for your review before anything reaches partners.
Reach partners who chose you
Every partner following you receives it in their Today view, ranked by urgency. Deadlines push a notification. Nothing is a rented list — partners opted in.
Measure what partners did
Per item: partners reached, opened, source clicked, reminder set, feedback left — in aggregate, benchmarked against the channel average. Numbers you can put in a quarterly review.
Trust
Partners keep reading because you never see who read what.
A partner who suspects a vendor can see what they read stops reading. So the rule is structural, not a setting: you see aggregates, partners see everything about themselves, and both of you can see the rule.
- Followers by country, tier and partner type
- Per-item reach, opens, source clicks, reminders — aggregated
- Feedback partners choose to send you, with their name if they attach it
- Your numbers against the channel benchmark
- Which named partner opened what, or when
- Any group smaller than ten partners
- Which other vendors a partner follows
- Anything a partner asks the assistant

About
Built by a channel operator, not a channel observer.
Martin Cernak has spent 24+ years in strategy, product and go-to-market across Orange, Microsoft and cyan Digital Security — most of it on the vendor side of the channel. DrumBeat is not a new idea to him: as Business Group Lead in Microsoft's Office Division he shipped the first Drumbeat partner app on Windows Phone, iOS and Android in 2014, when the partner-content problem was already visible and the tools to solve it were not.
The rebuild adds what 2014 could not: partners' own cross-vendor view, and analytics vendors can trust because partners trust them.
